The Fuelling Fundamentals
Everything you need to know about everyday nutrition for swimming. This course is designed for swimmers of all levels, from juniors through to masters, and for the families who support them. The modules are bite-sized so you can listen on the go - in the car, on a walk, in the kitchen. You can revisit them as many times as you like.
Race Day Nutrition
Race day nutrition is a skill, not luck. This course walks you through every stage of competition nutrition - from the night before, through to recovery after your last race. The strategies here are built from Ali's experience with swimmers across the full spectrum, from age groupers through to Olympic campaigns.
